Civil Rights Now,
Temple Kol Shalon,
M.O.R.E.,
and the El Dorado County Office of Education will provide presentations.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of the Human Rights Commission is to promote tolerance, understanding and mutual respect among all persons, and to foster peaceful relations in the interest of preserving the public peace among residents of different races, religions, national origins, and the other characteristics listed in Government Code section 11135. The El Dorado County Board of Supervisors established the Commission in March, 2018.
