PLACERVILLE, CA – A man was hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision Thursday morning in Placerville, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision happened around 9:35 a.m. at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and Mother Lode Drive.
While the cause and details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, one person was hurt as result of the accident. The patient, identified as a 39-year-old Ryan Stock, was transported by paramedics to Marshall Medical Center with a complaint of pain.
There were no descriptions of any vehicular damages but both vehicles were towed away from the wreckage.
The full circumstances of the collision are under investigation.
