Parker Price-Miller is continuing to see new tracks and essentially go to school nightly during his season opening swing with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series. After seeing Stockton Dirt Track for the first time last weekend, the Kokomo, IN driver gets his first taste of a famed California bullring this week when he visits Placerville Speedway on Wednesday night.

“I have heard so much about Placerville Speedway from so many different people, and I am really excited to check it out myself,” Parker Price-Miller said. “We are also getting to Hanford and Perris this weekend, and those are a couple of new tracks for me as well.”

During his most recent night of action, Parker Price-Miller had an up and down night at the newest track in northern California. Getting off to a decent start in qualifying time trials, Price-Miller would time in 11th fastest during his time trial flight.

Lining up in the third row of his heat race on the lighting fast surface, PPM would finish in the seventh spot on a lightning fast surface and be forced to make a stop in the Last Chance Showdown.

Having some struggles in what was a loaded LCS, Price-Miller’s night would come to a close as he finished 12th in the LCS.

“Our results are really nowhere near where we had hoped they would be, but we are trying to stay positive and know this start to our season will help us when we get back home,” Price-Miller added. “It’s fun and discouraging at times, but that is sometimes what makes this sport so special.”

Price-Miller and his team would like to thank 360 Yield, Pioneer, DuPont, FlyingAG, Agee Farms, Encirca, Chalk Stix, and PPM Titanium for their support in 2017.
