Dry Diggings Distillery "Would go again for the tasting!"

Charlie L -- Had a great visit here. The location of the distillery is in a business/industrial park, which threw me for a loop initially, but once inside the experience came to life. The rooms were decorated with authentic gold-rush themes and had a very distinct and fun vibe.

Cris, the owner, gave a very detailed and impassioned tour and history of the facility. This was the first time of the three distilleries I've been to where I felt like I received a thorough grasp of the distilling and aging processes.

Last but not least, the tasting was great. We had a large group (20+) and Cris gave us a taste and explanation of multiple liquors and how they are procured. Overall, it was great to spend the afternoon with a knowledgeable and passionate distiller and I'd highly recommend giving it a tour.

SpiritLilly OF Georgetown, California WROTE: “Historical Classical and Great Alcohol”

It's a challenge to find Dry Diggings, but it sure is worth it. You'd never know when you drive up in front of an industrial park, that inside was the most charming, historical ambiance of a part saloon and part distillery you could find. The bottles are just classic old west and collectors items. There's a great history behind the interior décor, and even a gift shop with all sorts of items you would never think of - like flavored sugars, pancake syrups, food flavorings, and BBQ sauce! And the staff is just so friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Just a truly fabulous place to take your friends for a tour and taste.
