[The Medicine Horse Project]
Last April Brownie Troop 1069 visited MHP for an awesome day. They spent time learning about the horses, why sometimes they need rescuing and what rehabilitation and preparation for a forever home looks like.
They helped us clean some stalls, scrub some buckets and enjoyed a fun craft.
We loved having these families at the ranch.
Today we were surprised to be the recipients of a donation from this Troop. These girls decided to donate their Girl Scout Cookie sales money to the Healing Herd. We are so honored!!
Troop 1069 we are incredibly grateful for your generous hearts and your fabulous spirits. Thank you for being hero's for the horses.
