Admission is free and all are invited to attend the First Annual El Dorado County State of Jefferson Business Showcase & Fundraiser, offering 4 hours of fun, food, games & prizes, on Tuesday, July 10, from 4 to 8 pm, at the American Legion Hall, 4561 Greenstone Road, in Placerville.
This is a great opportunity to visit with local business owners, who will be displaying their goods and services, along with chances to win some great prizes, donated by over 60 businesses, plus Jefferson supporters. There will be Games of Chance, Dessert Auction, Salt Art project, free for young artists; Silent and Live Auctions.

Be sure to bring your appetite and enjoy Lockford Hot Dogs from Pho Tahoe Restaurant, located in Pollock Pines and El Tamalero will be serving their famous Tamales. Beer & Wine will be available, ice cream and other beverages.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to Citizens for Fair Representation (CFR), whose case against the California Secretary of State, Alex Padilla, for lack of representation and dilution of vote, is now being heard in the U.S. Federal District Court, Eastern District, Sacramento Division. California has the worst imbalance of representation of all 50 States, and CFR is seeking equal/fair representation for all citizens in California's 58 counties. CFR is a 501 c4.
